Here is a general list of scholarships/internships for graduating high school seniors of native/indigenous descent.  Students will have the best chance of acquiring scholarships by directly contacting the school/institution.  Be sure to request key information such as: deadlines and required documents, i.e. official high school transcripts, recommendation letters, personal essay/narrative, tribal enrollment documents, etc.  DISCLAIMER: This page is for information-purposes-only.  Criteria for scholarships and internships are at the discretion of each program/school/institution.

March 1 Deadline - 2020 Vision Maker Media Short Film Production Fellowship. Vision Maker Media (VMM) invites proposals for fiction and non-fiction shorts by and about American Indians and Alaska Natives for production funding award of $25,000. Topics include tribal cultures and values, Indigenous histories and modern experiences, environmental and social justice, youth and elders and empowerment.

high school air quality, and related issues Northern Arizona University, can assist with locating potential internship sites. Institute for Tribal Environmental Professionals 2020 Student Summer Internship, High School and College students will have the opportunity to spend 20 to 80 hours working on air quality or air quality related issues impacting on tribal nations.
